why can't played camera video in windows 7 guest by web browser with DirectX

we are developing a project based on virtualBox, it's development environment is:

1. ubuntu-16.04 host
2. virtualBox-5.1.30
3. windows7 guest

if we set 3D accelerate In virtualBox-5.1.30, when We play camera video in windows7 guest by web browser with DirectX11, the video can't be played in windows 7 guest, the windows 7 guest screen only show black, nothing can't be played.

Why does this happen? How to resolved this problem?

VBox.log is log file which virtualbox-5.1.30 run and printf info

First thank you very much for socratis. After that, I have known the web browser which we use to rendering video, is DirectX9(using DDraw or D3D), not DirectX11, but the camere video yet can't be played in windows7 guest when I set 3D accelerate In virtualBox-5.1.3.

Has the virtualBox-5.1.30 resolved the problem which the camere video can be played in windows7 guest when I set 3D accelerate In virtualBox-5.1.30 ???
