it's development  environment is: 
1. ubuntu-16.04 host
2. virtualBox-5.1.30
3. windows7  guest

if we set 3D accelerate In virtualBox-5.1.30,
when We play  camera video in windows7  guest by  web browser  with  DirectX11, the  video can't be played in windows 7  guest,
the windows 7  guest screen only show black, nothing can't be played.
