appcrash virtualbox 5.2.6 on win7 32 bit

Hello kindly help us solve the application crash every time we press on "New" to create a new Machine. We are using win 7 32bit..

In the same environment, when I try to run an existing VM a "Guru Meditation" error happens.

Can you please try the build after r120865? Does it still crash when creating a new VM?

As for your Guru crash, from the VBox.log, you have the following:

00:00:02.403594 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes
...
00:00:56.455129 !!         VCPU0: Guru Meditation -2403 (VERR_TRPM_DONT_PANIC)

Fix the VT-x part, and I believe that the Guru will get fixed.

Enabling the VT-x feature fixed the Guru crash.

And the build r120865 fixed the crash when creating a new VM.

Lo solucione ejecutando con compatibilidad con WindowsXP SP3

Fix it by running with support for Windows XP SP3

Should be fixed with VirtualBox 5.2.8.
