Cannot Install VirtualBox Extension pack after upgrade

Description
I am running virtualbox on Windows 10. I just upgraded to VirtualBox V5.1.30 r118389. I uninstalled old version of guest edition extension pack and downloaded latest version
On installing, the following error is reported:
Failed to install the Extension Pack C:/Users/Administrator/Downloads/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.2.0-118431 (1).vbox-extpack.
The installer failed with exit code 1: VBoxExtPackHelperApp.exe: error: Failed to rename the temporary directory to the final one: VERR_ACCESS_DENIED ('C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\ExtensionPacks\Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-_-inst-11020' -> 'C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\ExtensionPacks\Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack')

I had no problem when upgrading to VirtualBox V5.2.26
Duplicate of #7972, #15625 and a lot of other results from the forums which talk about the antivirus being the culprit.
Also, please consider changing your favorite internet search engine. There should be plenty more of results about this, but the search engine you're using now, does not seem to return any results for some reason.
