Win 10 Surface Book and multiple Host screens, cannot start on Screen 3

Description
I just bought a MS Surface Book laptop it run windows 10 Pro 64bit with Surface Doc. All OS patches and firmware has been updated. I have 16Gig of Ram and 1TB SSD. WHen I launch a guest I get it to start on Vir screen 1 or 2, it sees Vir screen 3 but I cannot get into full screen on that monitor. I have repeated this with 2 Windows guests that did run on another PC just hours ago. I've uninstalled Guest additions on the one Guest, Win 10 pro also, and reinstalled. I then goto VBox menu select View, Virtual Screen 1, and select Use Host screen 3, Screen stays stuck to Screen 2. but the screen is indicated.

you might like to check #16355 which describes resolution problems with multiple displays. This issue sounds related, although I don't have a problem getting the window to the correct display, just having it recognise the resolution correctly when it gets there.
