vm's not opening

Description
when i try to start any vm, i get this error... Failed to open a session for the virtual machine RSoft.
The virtual machine 'RSoft' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\RaviKumar\VirtualBox VMs\RSoft\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.
