Window 7 VM failed to start guru meditation

I was using windows 7 VM i install antivius then less then 30 minuies i got a critcal error message this happend in two seperate widows 7 VMs. current I can not even boot up the windows 7 VM

1. You seem to have found the problem; your antivirus. It most probably uses VT-x. See if there is a real-time scanning feature or something like that and disable it.
2. I won't know for sure, because you didn't even read the error message. It talks about logs. Where are they? Why didn't you attach them? Please follow the instructions on the error message.
3. Better yet, for errors like that you should be first posting to the forums, not directly to the bug tracker: ​https://forums.virtualbox.org
