Warning message is not visible and blocks guest interaction

Description
Due to #15659 virtual box is showing an audio warning on starting up a VM. If the VM is not the focused window when this warning is displayed the warning is not visible and all input to the guest is blocked. The only way I've found to show the warning is by pausing the guest.

Correction: this is with a 3d accelerated windows 10 guest and the dialog only dissapears when windows finishes booting

Not happening with 10.9.5. The warning comes as a "sheet dialog", which means it is attached to the parent window and is on-top. However, I found references to Qt bugs related to this. Admittedly they're old, but maybe still valid?
