Hello, I have VirtualBox 4.3.38 installed. When i resume a saved guest machine ,i have crash. Thank you.

Looks to me like related to 3D: Try to disable 3D in the VM settings then the VM process will most likely not crash.

I need a 3d , this function is required because i developpe a 3d game OpenGL in the guest machine
