Windows 10 Host - Failed to open a session x3 then Success

When launching a guest on a Windows 10 host, there are 3x 'Failed to open a session for the virtual machine xxxxxx' errors, but on the 4th attempt the guest launches successfully.

The errors are...

1) Failed to open a session for the virtual machine xxxxxx.

Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_LDR_MISMATCH_NATIVE).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

2) Failed to open a session for the virtual machine xxxxxx.

Cannot load R0 module C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox/VBoxDDR0.r0: SUPR3LoadModule: supLoadModule returned VERR_LDR_MISMATCH_NATIVE (VERR_LDR_MISMATCH_NATIVE).

Failed to register ourselves as a PCI Bus (VERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

3) Failed to open a session for the virtual machine xxxxxx.

4) No error, guest launches successfully.

Same started to happen in my windows 10 with 5.0.6. Have also tried 5.0.4/unable to open session error.

I have also the same problem: Windows 10 host (32-bit), version 5.0.6; the logs are attached.
