Change History

This is some problem with the VT-x code. Please try a more recent version, either VBox 4.3.30 or VBox 5.0.2.

Wow you are very fast, Thanks, i'm trying this.

I tried with the 5.0 and the problem still there. What do you mean with "Please try a more recent version", I had the 5.0.2 which is the last release, right ?

Your log file shows that you used 4.3.10 before. Could you attach the log file you've got with VBox 5.0.2?

I've tried a 32bits VM to see if the VT-x was the blocking problem but i got the same issue

"DMI Product Name: OpenStack Nova"

Is the host actually a hosted service?

comment:8 Changed 7 years ago by shanoon

Yes it is, the host for my WM is a runabove server

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to invalid

Sorry, this configuration is not supported. The log file clearly says that it's not possible to start the VMX mode for some reason.
