USB Devices instability on OSX

Description
Looks like usb devices are still (radomly?) removed and not reconnected, e.g. when OS X goes to screensaver.

Please set priority to blocker. Seems to be an xHCI bug. Possible it will kill data and filesystems, whatever will bind via usb.

But still exists in 5.0.4. Please Fix it. USB (at least when using xhci) is unusable, furthermore there is a huge risk of getting data lost.

Can some please fix this blocker? It crashes all filesystems on usb.

Bug still occurs on OS X 10.11 and VBOX 5.0.6 and still killing file systems on usb data store.

Bug still occurs on OS X 10.11.1 and xbox 5.0.10.
Kills file system and data on USB as all apps which accessing usb drive.

Possible a xHCI problem? Has nothing to do with any standby. Happens while working :( Devices aren't detected by vm after that, only remove and readd works
