Issue when installing Guest Additions

Description

I have used VB in quite a few setups (VB ver: 4.3.0/4.3.10/4.3.26; host: Win 7/8; guest: Ubuntu 12.04.5, Ubuntu 14.04.2-64 bit, Ubuntu 14.04.2-32 bit, Centos 7.0) and never bumped into this issue until I got this new laptop.

This new laptop is Lenovo T440 with Intel i7-4600M/8G RAM running Win7 Enterprise. It doesn't have a video card. After creating a new VM (2G RAM, 32G disk) running Ubuntu 14.04.2-64 bit, I click Insert Guest Additions CD image. Then I got this error:

VirtualBox Guest Additions installer Copying additional installer modules ... Installing additional modules ... Removing existing VirtualBox non-DKMS kernel modules ...done. Building the VirtualBox Guest Additions kernel modules The headers for the current running kernel were not found. If the following module compilation fails then this could be the reason.

Building the main Guest Additions module ...done. Building the shared folder support module ...fail! (Look at /var/log/vboxadd-install.log to find out what went wrong) Doing non-kernel setup of the Guest Additions ...done. Installing the Window System drivers Warning: unknown version of the X Window System installed. Not installing X Window System drivers.

...done.

Installing graphics libraries and desktop services components ...done. Press Return to close this window...

I have tried VB 4.3.0/4.3.10/4.3.26 and various Ubuntu/Centos guest mentioned above and I got the same error.

Attaching /var/log/vboxadd-install.log and providing the output of Xorg -version (both from the guest) would be helpful here.
