Windows 7 Aero?

Description
I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate Service pack 1 32bit in VirtualBox. I have also installed Guest Additions which installed successfully. I have a Driver Scanner and I have installed extra drivers like an HD Audio Driver etc. On my host OS, I have Intel HD Graphics 4400 and my computer runs Aero in Windows 8.1. However, if I try to enable Aero in my Guest operating system, I get this ugly looking junk. I have enabled 3d acceleration and 2d acceleration plus I have added 128MB of video memory. Still, this ugly junk comes up instead of Aero.
(Windows 7 Basic works fine. Everything works fine except for the Aero themes.)
I really need some solutions and help. Drivers or recommendations because I need Aero for a business meeting. We're writing programs that use Windows Aero as an effect for the program's layout.
Thankyou.

Still happens on 4.3.28 and 5.0.0 RC2 under the following conditions:
- Intel HD Graphics GPU (All variants, All driver versions)
- Windows Hosts (Tested on 7, 8, 8.1 and 10)
- Windows Guests with WDDM driver for Vista/7 and 8/8.1/10 (with XPDM for XP, Vista and 7, just works fine)
- All Direct3D guest applications are affected (e.g. Google Earth + OpenGL works, but Google Earth + Direct3D doesn't)
EDIT 2: My temporary workaround for this issue is combined use of: VBox 4.3.28 + Windows Vista guest (32bit or 64bit) + VBox GA 4.2.20 on the above PC, then Aero and everything works fine.
(Windows 7 guest + GA 4.2.20, or Windows Vista guest + GA 4.2.22 will produce this issue.)

Same problem as in ticket #14670. Please try VirtualBox build mentioned there.
Tried getting Aero to work with a Windows 7 guest, Windows 8.1 host. Tried VB 4.3.26 and 4.3.27 (test build) along with their respective GAs. Also tried the 4.3.12 GAs.
I do have Aero working with an OSX and Linux host.
including the vbox.logs for the Windows 7 guest for both 4.3.26 and 4.3.27. GPU is Intel HD 5300
