Virtualbox installer leaves sqlite3.dll file in same directory as installer

Description
When using VirtualBox-4.3.14-95030-Win.exe to install Virtual Box 4.3.14.r95030, it creates and leaves a "sqlite3.dll" file in the same directory as the installer mentioned above.
