VBoxSVC.exe crashes when i run VirtualBox

Description
VBoxSVC.exe crashes and starts consuming all cpu when i try to start VirtualBox I have 2 sound cards, one onboard and an USB Encore. This problem is related to the sound cards, if i select the USB sound card as default, VBox will never run, but if i select the onboard card i can start VirtualBox, but only if i stop all sounds that are currently running by other programs. This problem has already been described some years before but never fixed: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/9207
Host is Windows 7 64
