Win7/64 install fails for VB 4.3.10

Description
Never a copy of VirtualBox on this machine. When installation run, seems to complete install then starts up Oracle VM Virtual Box. Two processes added to OS... Looks like VB is running but there is no display. Can not find running application except in task manager.
VBoxManage list xxxx does not return/hangs

There were some Windows installer fixes in VBox 4.3.12, any improvement for you?
