VINF_EM_TRIPLE_FAULT When installing in SLS 10.6.3 on VB 4.3.10 on Mavericks 10.9.2

Description
I have VB 4.3.10 running on Mavericks 10.2 on a Late 2012 Mac Mini Server with an i7 CPU and 8 gigs of RAM. I am attempting to install Snow Leopard Server 10.6.3 but get a fatal error when it is loading the drivers at boot up. I have tried many setting to resolve this which is detailed in forum post http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=60926
I am attaching the log file here as well.
