Attached is the requested VBox.log for the impacted host. The impacted combination does appear to be able to communicate with the the Exchange server across non-Outlook services.
NAT does work for a 64-bit OS X 10.8.2 Host running another 32-bit Windows 7 Guest and Outlook 2010.

It looks like the new 4.3.8 update has corrected the situation. The Outlook running in a 32-bit Windows 7 Client combination now works under NAT once again.

Great, thanks for the feedback!
Sorry, this information is not sufficient. We need some more information about your setup. For example, is your guest able to connect to other services running on the Exchange server? Also a VBox.log file will show your VM configuration so please attach such a file.
