Menu appears in fullscreen mode

Description
I have disabled "Auto show Dock and Menubar in fullscreen" in VirtualBox preferences. Host OS: Mac OS 10.8.5.
Then I run Windows 8.1 VM. Press HostKey+F (Host key is set to Right Cmd) to switch in fullscreen mode. When the cursor reaches the top of the display Mac's application menu appears. But it shouldn't. It's very inconvenient to use guest OS when it happens.
