Shutdown, sleeping and hibernate not working on Windows 8.1 Pro x64 rtm with Vbox 4.3.0

Same issue as ticket #12063 and #12115

The reason for the problems are the bridge driver

deactivates the bridging in the network card settings, everything works again

Testet on Fujitsu Lifebook S760 and Asus Z87-A with core-i5 Haswell cpu

Problem solved after I applied the patches made available by Microsoft today (KB2884846, KB2883200, KB2895219)

Resolution:	→ invalid
Status:	new → closed
