VirtualBox hangs at 100% during shutdown

I've had this in the 3 previous VirtualBox versions, the bug is still in 4.2.14-86644. More often than not (although not always) VirtualBox hangs at 100% when I try to shut it down. Only a reboot solves the problem. I can't even kill the process via task manager. The bug occurs no matter if I shut down the guest or save its state to a snapshot.

These are the log entries that appear over and over

And so on, always the same. I haven't found out yet what's being accessed and why the access is denied.
