Bug Details

1. Start Windows 2000 virtual machine.
2. Log on with user account (or user account with password).
3. Pause virtual machine and resume.
4. The screen becomes black.

How to reproduce it?

1. Start Windows 2000 virtual machine.
2. Log on with user account (or user account with password).
3. Pause virtual machine and resume.

(The only way to fix it is to save state and restor the virtual machine state.)

Hi,

I am not able to reproduce the above behavior.

Please create the following registry entry, again try to reproduce the issue and share VBox.log file .

HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/services/VBoxGuest/LoggingEnabled = 0xff

Also, is there any special settings that you are using or any extra steps you are performing apart from normal logging to Win 2k.

There's a spelling mistake in this bug.

The correct paragraph should be The only way to fix it is to save state and restore the virtual machine's state.
