Microsoft Communicator attachements not working with Virtual box

Description
Dear All,
Kindly my Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 is not able to receive files after installing the Virtual Box 4.2.6 After disable the virtual box network adapter, the communicator was able to receive files.
So can you please check how can I receive files on communicator without disabling the virtual box network adapter?
