Description
Host: Windows 7 Client: Windows 7 Screen is black Change of screen size or fullscreen don't help.

The VM log you attached says you loaded a VM from saved state.
Does this issue happen if you just "regularly" boot your VM from a powered-off state?
Please attach a VM log for that case as well.
