Installed VItualbox on WIN Server 2008 Standard, No 64 bit options

I have a server 2008 64bit Standard Host. I downloaded Virtual Box installed it, made a VMDK from VM ware standalone. In the installation I also installed he XT pack. All the versionos of VB are the newest 4.2.6 builds. same with extension Pack

In stall went fine no errors in any logs, When I turn on the VB I have no options for ^{$ bit Operating Systems. I redownloded the and installed, thinking maybe I got the wrong installer package. It seems I did not because same issue. I am completely unable to open VMDK i created because it error message says I cannot load on processor not in 64 bit format.}

Any help would be awsome.

A vital missing part is the guests log file (as an attachment)

Make sure that your host has hardware virtualization available and that it is enabled in your hosts bios.
