Installer broken - unable to select destination

Description
The 4.2.0 installer appears to be broken on Mac OS X when trying to select install location.
1) choose "Change install location" 2) get a view that is unable to select anything, everything greyed out, also "go back" and "continue" buttons.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.

The installer is not broken. It just provides an option which it does not support. This is a bug which should be fixed. Changing the installation destination is not supported so the fix is to disable that option.
