After scrolling then moving the mouse, back is initiated

Description
If you are in a browser or in explorer and have navigated past the first initial folder/page and you scroll then move the mouse it initiates a back request causing you to go back to the previous page.
This also occurs in safe mode and within an RDP session also.
I can only assume this is either an issue with the guest additions or USB.
I am running Mac OS X 10.7.4 and the guest is Windows XP SP3. I am using magic mouse, but it also happens with any mouse and the trackpad.
