Win 7 VM won't start on RHEL 6.2

Description

When ever I try to launch my Win 7 VM it crashes with the following error.

Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_SUPLIB_WORLD_WRITABLE).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005) Component: Console Interface: IConsole {1968b7d3-e3bf-4ceb-99e0-cb7c913317bb}

Please have a look at the log yourself. The directory /usr/lib is writable, not only for root. This is a permission problem with your host. VirtualBox is very strict for security reasons.
