Hi,
I set my ubuntu 12.04 64bits depot to deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian precise contrib + added oracle public key.
I am getting this error:
W:Failed to fetch http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/dists/precise/InRelease Unable to find expected entry 'contrib/source/Sources' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file) , E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

We do not provide source packages (too much work for too little benefit), so just remove the 'deb-src' line from your /etc/apt/sources.list.
