Upgrade Virtualbox in Win7 64bit failed from 3.2.6 to 4.1.8

My Win7 machime is Dell OptiPlex 980 type, and I have used VirtualBox 3.2.6-63113 for a long time. Last week, I tried to upgrade to 4.1.8-75467 {I didn't uninstall Virtualbox-3.2.6 first, instead I only downloaded Virtualbox-4.1.8-75467 and double click the .exe file dirctly. I know I'm stupid not to uninstall old one first, but I do concern it will uninstall my original configure files about virtual machime.}, but it throwed out a warning Window "Installation failed! Error: Fatal error during installation.". After that happened, I could not reinstall Virtualbox-3.2.6 as well. I tried to use MS's Fix it tool and search history tickets, but no results. I can confirm my problem come from here: DIFXAPP: ERROR: Signature verification failed while checking integrity of driver package 'VBoxUSBMon.inf' ('C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\drivers\USB\filter\VBoxUSBMon.inf'). (Error code 0x800B0109: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.). Some hints on my issue? Many Thanks!

I'm doing a new install with 4.1.8 on a Windows 7 64 but machine and getting the same error:

What happens if you completely uninstall VirtualBox and then install VirtualBox 4.2.6?

It seems to be the same problem as in #10436. Please see ticket:10436#comment:7 and ticket:10436#comment:8 for resolution.

And, according to

DIFXAPP: ERROR: Rollback failed with error 0x2

there seem to be remnants left from version 3.x. Try to uninstall first and clean the machine from the previous version.
