Error 0xE000020B in installation of VirtualBox Guest Additions

Description
Hi, I had installed guest MACOS server x64 in host windows 7 x64. I need to create shared folders between host and guest therefore add VirtualBoxGuestAdditions.iso but not do nothing. I had trying manual installation and show error 0xE000020B. I attacht log (version virtualbox 4.1.8)
I had used a workaround from guest, using smb://192.168.56.1 in "connect server..." options. But I prefer to use option virtualbox.

The Guest Additions are for the GUEST, not for the HOST. There are no VirtualBox Guest Additions available for Mac OS X.
