It is not quite that bad (the last Czech language update was 30 Sep
2013), but I think it has been inactive long enough that we need a new
maintainer.  Luděk, if you are interested, please let me know
(preferably following the procedure in the wiki).  Otherwise chances are
we will disable the Czech translation in 5.2.
