[vbox-dev] Call for testing, second try (Linux and Solaris Guest Additions)

Hello Louis,

The display hint setting is for restricting the maximum size of
resolution a guest can set. X11 guests ignore this entirely as all
resolutions except the very first one are requested by the user, and I
assume that if the user asks for something then they know what they want.

Just testing a fix for remembering modes across shut-downs between old
and new Additions - after thinking about this a bit, I concluded that
although it would ideally only affect every user once, that still adds
up to quite a number of times.

Regards,

Michael
