[vbox-dev] Updated translation of manual

Hello Jean-Philippe,

we just discovered a few technical issues with your translation source 
(incorrect use of id=... attributes in the <title> tags) which result in 
dangling links in the HTML variant of the manual.

This is fixed (including the French translation) in the public 
repository in r46232, and I hope that "svn up" will merge this in 
without further trouble for you.

Just a heads up, the bug was purely on our side.
