VBox SVN fails to run Debian 6 guest -- Guru meditation

Host: Debian 6.0 x64 + VirtualBox 4.0.51_OSE r36871 on Core i7 CPU.
(VBox 4.0.6 works.)
Guest: Debian 6.0 x64

VBox log attached.

GNS3 community will likely need VBox 4.1 very soon. (so we start Alpha
testing sooner than expected)
