"HeapEnabled" is set in ConsoleImpl2.cpp, see:
http://www.virtualbox.org/browser/trunk/src/VBox/Main/ConsoleImpl2.cpp#L1765

The other parameters are unused at the moment, i.e. we use the defaults.
