I've removed the pasted log content. We ask our users on several places to not paste log files into the ticket. Please use the attach function! Also, please test VirtualBox 4.1.4 first. If this still does not work, attach a VBox.log file from 4.1.4.

I found the workaround:) $ VBoxManage hostonlyif create 0%...10%...20%...30%...40%...50%...60%...70%...80%...90%...100% Interface 'vboxnet0' was successfully created
