Host memory low on start VM with different memory defined

Description
I've played well a VM with Windows server 2008 R2 on my host Windows 7 64bits. But since a crash, I can't restart it. I've try reinstall a new VM (I had a copy) and it's the same. I've try different build of Virtual box (included the last but it's always the same). I've also try na old VHD 32bits with Windows server 2003 and it's also the same. I don't understand why memory can be low because I have a lot of memory free.

Does anything change if you disable large pages for that VM (VBoxManage modifyvm VM_NAME --largepages off)?
