Description (last modified by )
Hi there
I recently installed the latest virtual box on my netbook (1gb ram and 1ghz dual core processor) using windows Starter. I tried creating a Ubuntu Linux guest, and when it starts for the first time and asks for the Linux file (I have downloaded the ubuntu linux 32bit file from their website) It starts to process, then comes up with a Guru Mediation error. I'm currently putting more RAM in the netbook (2gb) and will try again, but any ideas would be appreciated.
Cheers Hayden

We've fixed the problem that caused a similar behavior.
Please try the test build with the fix to see if it solves the problem for you: http://www.virtualbox.org/download/testcase/VirtualBox-2011-08-26-09-24-53-win-4.1-rel-4.1.3-r73690-MultiArch.exe

Dear Frank,
You closed my two problem case because of the duplicate this problem but my problem diffrent and I found my problem solition. If I use Turkis language for my host system then VirtualBox can't run guest with 4 GB virtual RAM. If I use englis language for my host then system working properly. I am useing Windows 7 Pro Englis now and our guests system use 8 GB Ram.
