Host hardware: HP Proliant ML350 G6, 8 Xeon E5504 cores, 12GB RAM, P410i RAID 1 Host OS: Debian GNU/Linux 6.0 "squeeze", i386, Linux kernel 2.6.34.7, PAE Guest OS: Novell Netware 6.5 SP7, originally installed on physical machine.
During the boot process, VirtualBox dies with guru meditation, when Guest OS detects CPU...

The fix is contained in VBox 4.3 Beta 2. Please give it a try.

This will be fixed in the next major release. The problem only affects older Intel CPUs which do not support the unrestricted execution VT-x feature.
