OSX Server won't boot after installation — at Initial Version

Description
Hello ! I have MacOSX Server 10.6 64bit host running on XServe. It hosts MacOSX Server 10.6 both 32 and 64 bit 1-processor guests. While installing and running 32bit guest gives no problems, the 64bit won't boot after the final restart after the installation. I am able to boot installer from .iso then install the guest without any problems, then enter serial number and do all other initial config stuff, then the normal OSX UI appears I am able to do anything I want up until first restart, after which the OSX won't boot. The same pattern appears to be consistent along 3 tries of new machine->install->reboot.
