Running OS X in a VM on non Apple hardware is not supported because it violates the EULA.

The license Apple says that you can put OS X only to Computers which is a proprietary label apple, I bought Ipad and included a label apple, I stuck it on your computer, and he now meets all requirements for a license, and I did do not violate

Putting a sticker from Apple onto a computer doesn't make it a Mac. The label is for the iPad und I'm pretty sure that you can't move the label from the iPad to a real computer to make it legal. Furthermore OS X requires VT-x to run which your processor doesn't have.
