I have the identical error, including error codes and the IConsole code, after upgrading from VirtualBox-4.0-4.0.8_71778_fedora14-1.x86_64 to VirtualBox-4.0-4.0.8_71778_fedora15-1.x86_64 (i.e. the exact same VB version but on Fedora 15 instead of Fedora 14).
