Hi,

I am running VirtualBox 2.1.2. I have installed Microsoft Visual Studio Pro 08 on XP Professionnel.

I can lauch Microsoft Visual Studio, but VirtB hangs up after one or a few minutes. Is there anything I can do?

Regards, Claire

In fact it did not solve the problem, it just postponed the crash. Here is the log file. Thanks for helping.

That's probably fixed in 2.1.4. Please try again when it's released (soon).

Apparently, it seems to be a network problem. Here is the end of all the log files: 00:52:14.467 NAT: Dropping package (couldn't alloc queue item to)

Is this problem fixed in the next release? Do you know when is the next release?

comment:9 by Frank Mehnert, 15 years ago

The 2.1.4 release is ready for download now. This message is only a warning. Dropping packages should not harm the guest.
