NetBT Event ID 4321 Error after updating to 4.0.2

After updating to VirtualBox 4.0.2 (from 4.0.0) I got a lot of these errors in the event log:

Using the information provided ​here I've found out that the culprit was the VirtualBox Host-only Network Adapter. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Any suggestions on how to further debug/solve it? Thanks in advance

Same issue here:

Host: Mythbuntu 10.10 (Maverick) AMD64, Kernel 2.6.35-27 (XFCE, not Gnome if it matters) Guest: Windows XP Pro x86 Guest Networking: NAT, Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM)

I'm only seeing useful errors on the Windows Guest:
