Menubar in the full-size view disappears in MacOS 10.6.6 — at Initial Version

Description
Wenn I'm connecting the second display to my Macbook and launch the VirtualBoxVM in full-screen on it, the menubar on the host screen (on my macbook) just disappears.
So to bee clear:
- on the second display I have Win-VM in full-size
- on the host-screen is MacOS
When I was using the previous version of VirtualBox (3.2.12) there wasn't such problem. I'm just used to see my menubar on the top of the host-screen and to have the possibility to use the dock too.
