Guest additions wont install for Scientific Linux 6 (RHEL 6) on newest kernel 2.6.32-71.14.1

Description

I am running Scientific Linux 6 as a guest on CentOS 5.5 as host w/ VBox 3.2.12 r68302. The guest additions install and run just fine on the previous 2.6.32-71.7.1 kernel, but the main module fails to install on the latest 2.6.32-71.14.1 kernel. When I tried to install the modules manually it came up with a bunch of missing symbols in the weak_modules installation.

FYI, I have also reported this to the Scientific Linux development team at Fermi Lab.

hmmm...

All I can tell is that they install fine on standard RHEL 6 (RTM) guests. Tested.

Please attach the log file from the guest installation to this ticket.
