VB 4.0.2 hungs when running JDeveloper 11.1.1.4 or Netbeans IDE or Tomcat6 or any Java app

I am currently running Mac OSX 10.6.6 with OpenSuse 11.3 (64 bit) and upgraded to VBox 4.0.2 from 3.2.10. 3.2.10 runs great and I have no issues. But after upgrading to latest the greatest running any Java/J2EE applications (JDeveloper, Netbeans or Tomcat) hungs the complete VBox.
I am attaching 2 logs. Running JDeveloper and Netbeans with Tomcat.
