Extension Pack do not install from folder with cyrilic letters

Description
I downloaded Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.0.0-69151.vbox-extpack and tried to install them into VirtualBox-4.0.0-69151-Win.exe. Install was failed with exit code 1. The directory name from which I tried to install extention pack contain Cyrillic letters. When I move extension pack to folder with English letters it was installed successfully.
